Rhea, I know you are at least a little interested in sewing projects for your own use so I decided to put this up. It has many useful things including period material, step by step guides on making just about anything, information on dyes and dying, and its all free. I find its a good starting point for my own work.

Khorebh, who used to be a member in the former site, was also interested in making clothing for things for Ren Fair. I'll have to kick his butt to come visit more. Muahaha.

Thankee, Ocenova. I shall put this site to good use! The plotting for odd clothing begins now!!

Woo Ren Faire clothing. I have a couple patterns for that myself, but I have yet to actually get to a Ren Faire. I almost made it this year but had to work.

I am personally keen on the Victorian age clothing. I love a good corset. Then again, I'm odd. I just like how they make me sit up straight regardless of how hard I try to slouch.

I've only been to one Ren Faire. I had said I'd go back to one, but alas, lack of time and/or money to justify it. I do like to go to the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism) stuff when I had the chance.

Regardless I tend to prefer the male clothing, it tends to be much less restricting. However, sometimes I do feel like being girly and dressing up.
