I don't know. Surely "bubble and squeak" is a cooking term of some sort since it describes the noise the dish makes when it is being cooked. The question is: Is it Cockney?

Bubble and Squeak is the name of a dish, and I don't think it's Cockney. The only Cockney 'food' name I can think of is "Ruby Murry" which is Cockney for Curry.
