| All special orders are taken via PM ( Private Message), forum post, or if you do not want to share it with the public, you can use the customer support eTicketing. |
| Complaint department |
| All complaints are taken, generally, in the customer support e-tickets so we can address them with the correct department.
If you want to put your complaint in the forums or PM so they are seen by the public, please also put your complaint in the e-tickets area so that they are addressed in a timely manner by the correct department. |
| E-tickets |
| The e-ticket allows you to put in an order with a confirmation number. This will allow you to keep track of an order or complaint and communicate directly with the department handling your order or complaint. |
